Pros: A well-designed piece of equipment with sound bigger than its size.
Cons: It can't compete with 15 speakers, pre-amp, and 10 other pieces of electronic wizardry.
The Bottom Line: For the money and for its size, Bose is a bargain. It's got many useful features and delivers really good (not spectacularly magic) sound.

Pros: Relatively compact, lots of features, incredible crisp sound
Cons: Very pricey, cd changer not included, no buttons on actual unit
The Bottom Line: It is a great unit with great sound but it may be a bit expensive for non-audiophiles.

Pros: GOOD LOOKING, GOOD SOUND IF MAXIMIZED
Cons: Remote is cheap looking and rather outdated
The Bottom Line: I LOVE MINE AND RECOMMEND THIS AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO TOO BIG STEREOS THAT I'VE NEVER FOUND SUPERIOR

Pros: Looks great and sounds better. Has a huge snob factor.
Cons: Expensive! I would like to have had the ability to adjust base and treble.
The Bottom Line: If you don't have space for a regular micro-stereo, this system is your answer. Looks great and sounds better. The price is steep, but there are deals.

Pros: Sleek look, ease of use, sounds OK, but that's not saying much.
Cons: Absurd pricing, mediocre radio, no tone controls, tiny remote. Did I say expensive?
The Bottom Line: Do not waste your money on this. It has OK sound, but the cost makes it a below average purchase. Your paying for the expensive TV ads. Buy something else.

Pros: The sound is unreal. The remote will work from quite a distance.
Cons: The price. BUT, if it's more money than you can spend, DON'T buy it!

Pros: Good quality. Seems to last over the years.
Cons: not impressive sound. Gets distorted at louder levels. No tone controls, no CD programming.
The Bottom Line: I would spend the extra money and try the larger WAVE GUIDE radio/CD player. I would expect that to sound much better by its design. Nice optional equipment too.

Pros: Beautiful clock radio with ultra-thin remote that navigates the controls with little effort.
Cons: $400 for a glorified clock radio?! Not worth it!
The Bottom Line: I can't recommend this ultra-expensive clock radio to anyone. Nothing about it warrants the price tag.
