Pros: Does all that it should and more than "Free" software provided with other phones.
Cons: Recent Windows updates can make an attempted install useless.
The Bottom Line: If you want to access and fully utilize all the features of your Motorola phone (such as the V3), fast USB charging, transfers, and the phone book, require it.

Pros: None that I can see.
Cons: Absolutely worthless.
The Bottom Line: Motorola can't afford to hire a few decent programmers? What in the heck are they thinking? Go elsewhere.

Pros: Free upgrades as software improves, internet connection through your phone, does what it's supposed to
Cons: Time-consuming install, Poor recognition of duplicate entries, Calendar limitations
The Bottom Line: I would recommend because there isn't really any better software out there for syncing and you will get free upgrades in the future as the software gets better.
