Pros: Dramatic improvement over original equipment cable modems... simple to install, small profile.
Cons: I had a hard time finding a local retailer with any in stock..

Pros: Good when it works
Cons: Not Reliable. Poor customer support
The Bottom Line: If you can't rely on it, why would you want it?

Pros: Easy to set up, small, compact, and, hey, it's a Motorola
Cons: All the lights are on when connected and possibly mine has a heat sensitivity.
The Bottom Line: I'd check around for other newer modems and reviews before getting the SB5120. Motorola has excellent products but I'd still shop around.

Pros: Fast downloads, simple setup, "stand-by" switch, easy to read status indicator lights
Cons: At $79 sticker price, this unit is not cheap.
The Bottom Line: The Motorola SB5120 is fast, easy to install, features easy to read indicators, and small upright footprint; it is worth your consideration if you need a new cable modem.

Pros: works right out of the box, easy to set up, space saver, works great
Cons: none
The Bottom Line: This is a great cable modem, because it is easy to set up and easy to put to use by even the most novice of computer users.
