Pros: Can be refilled with no chip for toner. Fast printing. Light. Small.
Cons: Small puff of "smoke" on first copy in a long time, hard to see. Inconsequential.

Pros: Excellent Black/White printer suitable for all needs
Cons: No Color Printing

Pros: Fast, good quality, compact.
Cons: Strange error occasionally reprints last job when computer is rebooted.
The Bottom Line: In a busy office we need speedy, reliable, convenient and cost-effective office machines. This printer delivers all of that for a great price. ItÂ’s low maintenance too.

Pros: Dependable, affordable, compact
Cons: Extra spots of toner sometimes appear on the paper when printing on vellum
The Bottom Line: I love this machine because it's dependable, fast, affordable, and compact. I'd highly recommend it.

Pros: quick, high quality, refillable (3rd party)
Cons: no network printing, unless you use windows networking.
The Bottom Line: While duplexing can be an issue, the print quality, reliability, and low cost of operation make this printer a great buy.

Pros: Fast & quiet on regular jobs
Cons: Not good for manual-feed projects.
Large margins of unprintable area
The Bottom Line: Easy printer if you're just going to print from the regular paper tray. Pain in the butt for envelopes and pre-printed paper.
