Pros: Good Range, saved me a lot of tickets.
Cons: Speaker ruined, no good if I can't hear the buzzer.....
The Bottom Line: Buy it because it works good and is cheap, shut it off when out of car!

Pros: Inexpensive brother of the 995, with the most important parts still intact.
Cons: k-band false alarms, but the user figures it out quickly.
The Bottom Line: Great entry-level radar detector. Seems to do everything the more expensive units do, with the exception of color changing readout.
