Pros: could hold thousands of songs, easy to download songs
Cons: crashed on me earlier than I would've liked
The Bottom Line: This Ipod was fun while it lasted, but it died way too early!

Pros: Excellent sound quality and ease of use
Cons: iPod battery/hard drive does not last long enough to enjoy using it.
The Bottom Line: This is a fun item while it lasts. Do not expect longevity.

Pros: sleek, sexy, compact design, it doesn't get any easier to use
Cons: limited battery life, get the extended warranty, power drains when not in use, scratch prone
The Bottom Line: According to Wired News: "About 80 percent of Microsoft employees who have a portable music player have an iPod" Enough said?

Pros: Popular. Solid all-around mp3 player. Works perfectly with iTunes (go figure). Massive storage.
Cons: Popular. Batterylife short and replacementpricey. Bit overrated but seemsto hold togetherbetter than Zen or Lyra.

Pros: Lightweight, portable, easy to carry around, easy to download music even for "non-techies"
Cons: Expensive, scratches easily, can't really bump it around too much
The Bottom Line: I can't tell you enough how much this purchase has changed my life. It sounds cliche but it's completely true. This is a must-have purchase for anyone who loves music.

Pros: Fast download, light weight, user friendly and nothing extra to buy.
Cons: Came in one color.
The Bottom Line: If you are going to buy an apple iPod step up to the 20 GB model since you get twice the storage space for only $50 more.
