Program has quirks

Pros: Been using software since 1997 and with it's shortcoming it has worked it's inexpensive.

Cons: They need to connect with there customers and don't sell buggy software.

Review: Bought the program July 13, 2005. Emailed before purchase to ask if all the fields in the auto letter section worked because they all didn't work in version 5.5 I was upgrading from. I was assured all auto fields worked. They hadn't fixed the auto ...

Don't expect product support

Pros: Easy to use and setup

Cons: 1)No import/export capabilities to/from other programs 2)No support for Major Program Bugs and/or problems

The Bottom Line: Don't buy this program if you plan on using it on a long term basis. Company support is unreliable.

Review: I've been using this program since 1992. I had good support for my mac version, until I moved to a windows based os system. Don't expect program fixes for existing customers, it won't happen! This new version is no better. It has added line editing ...
