Expensive, but good sound and excellent noise cancelling!

Pros: First class noise reduction circuitry, great design, good tight bass response, great battery life

Cons: Very expensive. Bass sounds could be a little less muddy sounding and more defined.

The Bottom Line: If you want serious noise reduction, or you need headphones for listening in a plane, get these. Top notch!

Review: Got a pair of these headphones for free (through AMEX reward points), and have been using them for almost 3 months. As much as they are very expensive, $350, I would say that initially, I would give them a 2nd thought in terms of spending the money ...

I fly over 200K miles per year and would never fly without my QC3's

Pros: GREAT for use on airplanes.

Cons: You might need to buy a second battery but other than that nothing.

The Bottom Line: If you fly frequently buy these headsets, they eliminate the noise.

Review: I am on an airplane every week, sometimes twice a week and have used Bose noise cancelling headsets for the past five plus years. I've had several models but the QC3 is the best. Design: they fold up and come in a case that fits easily into my Tumi ...
