80 gig is really 40 gig useable

Pros: Price only for a really basic bare bones machine. Stable XP Pro OS

Cons: Only half of Hard drive space useable. Trial MS Word. Norton AV hard to remove.

The Bottom Line: Really Bare Bones. Not much storage as advertised, Trial software that quits if you don't pay more.

Review: Bought this because my old XP machine crashed and did not want to make the jump to Vista. Since this machine came with XP pro pre-loaded, it seemed like a deal at only $299 plus tax. While it does what I basically want, connect to the net and play nice ...
