Everything was fine and on time. It did seem a bit odd that the order was split up into two shipments when everything would have fit into one box, but I didn't have to pay extra shipping.

Product was shipped promptly and received within a few days. Found out after receiving it that it would not fit the umbrella we had, so had to call and reorder new product. They were excellent in their customer service in finding me what I needed and getting it reshipped right away. I would do business with them in the future without hesitation.
