I tried to contact them to purchase clock and there was no customer service. 1st day, I was on hold for 2 hours and I still did not get to speak to anyone. The recording kept saying there were 3 people ahead of me. 2nd day, I spent 4 hours on hold, I placed my phone on speaker. This time the recorder said there 4 were people ahead me. Again, no live person came on the phone. I became frustrated and hang up. This store cannot be trusted. If I had to return a damaged item, I can't see how I would ever get to speak to anyone.

I ordered several products for my master bath suite and received an order confirmation. A week later I called InsideStore.com to check the status and they stated they haven't processed the order yet. So I checked on availability for each item. Average delivery time was 8-10 weeks -- Yikes! Except for the towel warmer, which is "in stock" and could ship right away. Then 2 days later I received an email stating the towel warmer delivery is 8-10 weeks out. I CANCELED my order. I'll find it locally. Inside store has some good pricing, but buyer beware of delivery dates.

I ordered 4 items for a steam shower. 2 controllers, steamer, auto drain. Both controllers were ordered in white. I received a white one and a silver one. Wrong part shipped was blamed on supplier. I was shipped another controller and the correct one arrived and I was charged again. I have been trying to get the other one back since Jan 5th. UPS was supplied the wrong address for pickup, again blamed on the supplier. Delivery to supplier finally on Jan 19th 2007. Still waiting for credit to go back on credit card. Probably would not use again because of unreliable suppliers.

placed an order when they had this sale. got 10% off an already really well priced deal. best part was the service. I had ordered two parts that were incompatible and they had a customer service rep call me to alert me and offer alternatives. <br> <br> I got my shower set 2 days later. Awesome.

I could not be happier with this merchant. Their website is clear and easy to navigate. The product arrived in one piece and very quickly. I will definitely be searching this site for my online shopping excursions in the future.

One of the worst online shopping experiences of my life. My sink was delayed over 4 weeks, and customer service actually lied and told me it had shipped, but actually shipped it a week later. <br> <br> It arrived damaged. Email requests for a return were not answered. Trying to contact by phone involved 1/2hr on hold on three occasions. <br> <br> I would never order from this company again regardless of their price.

I ignored my golden rule of ordering anything from New Your or New Jersey (because I always seem to have problems), and ordered a $400 Jado faucet from theinsidestore.com. When I still did not receive it or any order/shipping update nine weeks later, I called to cancel the order. The man on the phone told me he would try to cancel it, and send me an email confirmation. It's been a month...I'm still waiting on my email and my $400 refund. I found the time to write this review because I've been on hold with them for over 30 minutes trying to get this resolved.

I have ordered several times from the inside store. I am remodeling several bathrooms and found their prices to be unbeatable, particularly on the weekends when they offer an additional 9, or 10, or 11% off the listed price. I have spent about $4,000 with them so far. They have wonderful customer service, Jessica in particular has been incredible. She has made numerous follow-up calls to vendors and has left me detailed email and voice messages about each order that I have made. Shipping is very timely and free. I highly recommend them and will continue to shop with the inside store.

I was looking all over the web for a good deal on the Toto Neorest toilet. I saw it a local showroom for almost $5000 and was told it would take at least 4-6 weeks to receive. <br> <br> I found the same exact thing at Inside Store for $3250, I ordered it and got it less than a week later. <br> <br> I am still in awe.
