Over all I had a positive experience. The CD was missing from the product I ordered, however when I called the Baby Office, it was sent out soon afterward.

Tracking information for this item (via USPS) was never available, even after the item was clearly en route. This may be a result of USPS inability to track as UPS or Fed Ex does, but in that case a more clear disclaimer to that effect would be more customer friendly. Otherwise, the sand arrived safe and sound and now completes my seashell collection display.

The website was fairly easy to operate. I found exactly what I was looking for and was able to order it without any complications.
