Items were easy to find on the website. Crutchfield also offered links to several documents that had step-by-step installation guides and helpful hints. As a courtesy, they also included copies of these documents in the package that was shipped. The website had helpful customer reviews and tools that allowed me to compare several types of speakers to get the best deal. I would use Crutchfield again and would recommend them without reservation.

Crutchfield's website is an excellent information source. Cool feature that I could enter my car and it would show all radios and speakers that fit my 1982 Mercedes Benz! Crutchfield is very customer focused and very professional!

SO, I GUESS I PREFER TALKING TO SOMEONE OVER THE PHONE WHEN IT COMES TO CRUTCHFIELD.
