i love the merchantdise but had a problem with my debit card they took the whole purchase off my account then as they sent the merchantdise they charged the account again separately but with a call to customer service it was taken care off quickly. everthing turned out well. nancy sherman

I had never considered buying anything from QVC until I was flipping channels one night and came across it. Then I went to the website and found the laptop I had been dreaming of owning, at a price and payments that fit my budget. I ordered it in the middle of the night on a Sunday and was told it would be about 2 weeks for delivery. I was absolutely shocked, and more than pleased, when it arrived only 3 days later, on Wednesday. My new laptop has everything I need and want and more. My grown children told me they wish they had known about QVC, they would have saved hundreds of dollars on thier laptops if they had only known. I highly recommend QVC!

Once in a while QVC is out of stock on an item I order but they ship when they restock. A thought behind that is order more product (which might mean a lower price) for us. Their ordering process is easy, follow up is great and they ship quickly and items are packaged well.

I think everyone is very nice and friendly so far. CS asked me if I wanted to talk on the phone to a host I said yes and got cut off or hung up on so was bumming about that. Otherwise everything has been real good. I wish they would send me a email if they got the returns I sent back.

For one, The Camera is faulty and secondly the software is not compatable with Vista systems. Of course they failed to mention that. This Monday the 16th I have to decide if I will spend 75.00$ for a tech to come here to install software.
