Bought a Compaq Computer with added memory and hard drive storage and speed that I thought was REFURBISHED based on FALSELY WRITTEN AD. Ad DID NOT say, AS IS, instead it said: FACTORY SERVICED to MEET ORIGINAL QUALITY STANDARDS. That was FALSE AND FOUL.     Read full review...

ordered 4 grape stained glass panels, first was smashed , i returned it. the replacement had a crack in 1 oiece of glass. the other 2 were OK. I am still waiting for my pillows.

I enjoy shpping at heartland.I have ordered a lot of merchandice and have been satisfied most of the time. the clock that i ordered didn't work so we are waiting for a return slip sowe can send it back.will try another one.

This order went fine. A previous order that stated I would get a rebate when in fact would only issue a credit made me very upset. Heartland did make go on it by sending me the $20 rebate. They also said this would be the only time they would do this. I had vowed to never make a purchase from the company again. But then I saw these cushions and wanted to try them. Any merchandise that has a rebate involved I will not purchase. A rebate and a credit are not the same.
