I selected Forzieri as one of my AMEX reward redemptions. I had forgotten all about it until I was looking at old information and thought I had missed the cut off date. I guess I didn't or they acknowledged the reward certificate anyway. I like the product and have received compliments on it so far. Their products are very expensive, but the quality shows.

The watch I ordered was backordered for 10 days. I received a prompt reply from customer service notifying me of the backorder status. The item was shipped within that 10 day period, and I received it two days later. I was more than satisfied with the watch. It was very fancy and unique for the price. I definitely will shop their website again. I am considering purchasing some cufflinks for my husbands birthday and the Forzieri website is the first place I am going to look.

I just want to praise the people at Forzieri.com for their wonderful efficiency, patience and helpfulness. I had some trouble figuring out the proper belt size for my American waist. Your people answered my e-mail inquiry quickly with a clear and detailed explanation of how to match up the measurements. Once I made my selection and ordered the belts, your delivery time was amazingly fast. It is one of the best I have experienced. When it came to that unfortunate mistake I made ordering the wrong size belt (it was way too small), your return policy worked smoothly and, once more, efficiently. On those occasions that I have called, those who work you customer service lines have proved to be also patient and helpful. I also admire their accents. Even though this was shipped from Italy, I received the items very quickly - in fact, more quickly that some orders I've placed with shipping within the U.S. They were packaged beautifully also. I find the web site not consumer friendly. To find scarves I have to go to many differnt categories, ie "midnite, dressup","trends" etc. -also, why categorize them by fabric and not shape? dressup, or casual? Also, one peice of merchandise is damaged but not all- you leave no room for that on this survey

I did receive an Email from the President of Forzieri with an apology that one order will commence on 01/09/2008. The orders are still in processing dated 12/16/2007, 12/20/2007, and 12/20/2007. I;m not pleased with the statement noting orders will ship when all are finished processing. When all orders were placed, they were available.
