I needed a power supply that would work with my Dell laptop on an airplane. Dell made such a device, but the Dell website couldn't get the item to me in the time needed. I received a call from the company stating the item ordered was out of stock, but they had a similar one at a $10 higher cost. I truly don't believe that I made a mistake and ordered an out of stock item. I had shopped several websites for over 3 weeks for the item.

I hadn't ever heard of these folks before, but they came up in Google ads. I checked out their site and they had pretty good selection. Then I did a little more research about the company since I hadn't heard of them before. A few people had good things to say so I went ahead and gave them a try. I've completed two orders now and I am very satisfied with my experiences. I will definitely keep them in mind the next time I need hard drives or similar products.

I purchased the aforementioned WiFi card, which did not come with a software driver disk for the card. This card is still useless to me without these drivers. I paid around $130.00 US for a card with no website driver support thus far. I phone a Discountechnology tech support person and was told the drivers would be on the site within the next couple of days. Three weeks later there are still no drivers available for the card. I have searched with the manufacturer who makes the card, e-mail the North American rep and still have received no response. Also the card was depicted on DT's site with only two antenna connections and mentioned nothing about non-MIMO capabilities with standard two wire antenna set ups. Hopefully this helps someone who might be searching for a hard to locate 802.11n card. Should have just went with the turbo g model.

Great product and service after the sale. I would recommend them heartily. The only shortcoming, in my view, would be that the product I bought did not have a great owners manual as well. And I prefer to do almost everything by internet (website / e-mail), and I had to make three telephone calls to fully comprehend the usage and application of the purchased product.
