There was no order tracking info available like most sites, they only stated when the item was shipped and a 3 day window for delivery.
Item arrived outside delivery window. I purchased a GPS for a trip but it did not arrive until AFTER I left. I based my trip and hotel reservations on the anticipated ship. They should have been more accurate in their delivery information.

I was quite concerned when buying a TomTom GO 920T Auto GPS unit as many sellers advertise the TomTom GO 920T, but very few are actually delivering it. They instead are selling the older TomTom GO 920, but advertising it as the 920T.
I looked at Compuserv, they advertised the 920T, listed the correct Mfg.Part No.: 1M00981, and when I phoned them they verified both indification as what they were shipping.
When it arrived, it was correct.
Be careful out there, not many are sending the correct !
units. High marks for Compuplus ?

I ordered, and received an invoice for a 2Gb PC3200 DDR DIMM, but received 2 1GB DDR DIMMs which I can't use. Everyone makes mistakes and I am waiting to learn how Compuplus handles this error. If they handle it well I will continue to shop with them. If there are problems in getting the order corrected, or if they are unable to ship the correct merchandise, in getting a complete refund I will not shop with them again

I placed an order on Saturday and on Monday I got a call from customer service telling me there was a problem with my shipping address. I explain their mistake that same day. I had to call them a second time to get my order shipped. The next day I got an email stating the item I ordered was now SOLD OUT and unavailable. I will never order from them again.

I bought a closeout camera (open box). It arrived in excellent condition and working order. There was a few days delay in shipping--but then Compuplus shipped it priority ground rather than the standard ground, so I received the camera two days after it shipped. Great pricing for this camera.

My 14 year old son ordered a cell phone 8 days ago and they charged my credit card 7 days ago and still haven't processed the order. I e-mailed a couple times with no response and had to call today. I was told that the item wasn't delivered to them and they didn't know if they could fill the order but would let me know within 2 hours of my call (via e-mail) whether they could fill the order or refund my money. No e-mail from them and they are now closed until Monday. I am very disappointed with their customer service and also their false advertisement. They had stated in their on-line ad that they had 3 of the cell phones in stock. They didn't even have them in stock and yet charged my account!

I am disappointed I paid extra and didn't receive the bulk of the order on time.

The merchant delivered the goods ordered in a reasonable time. However, there was a 3 day period between the time the order showed as having been processed and being able to get any information about shipping. Twice I was promised information which did not come. This delay/uncertainty did not inspire confidence as I have experienced Internet vendors who 'processed' orders including payment and then did not deliver anything. I would urge Compuplus to tighten up the gap between order processing and shipping information availability or make intermediate steps in their fulfillment process visible to customers on-line. Except for this, my experience with Compuplus was excellent and I would not hesitate to shop with them again or to recommend them to others.
