The product didn't match the description. It didn't have the features the description claimed it had. The return of the product was easy, but I'm not sure I would buy online again.

My item is on back order. It would have been helpful to have been told that at the time of purchase or through e-mail notification. I called three weeks after I placed the order to see if the order even went through since there was no further communication after placing the order. I was told my item was back ordered 2 weeks and to check back. I just checked back and I have been told to check back in another 2 weeks. I plan to check back in two more weeks but in the mean time I am going to be ferverently looking for other options.

Unfortunatley the vessel sinks did not work for our application and Bellacore was very good about taking them back. They arranged for the pick up and credited my account for the full price. Would definitely shop with them again.

Bellacor has been very helpful...but my order of 4-14-2008 has not been shipped yet. After phone calls today I am told that the lantern should be shipped in the next few days. I wish they had an on-line tracking option. This is my first purchase from Bellecor, but I am impressed with their products and may well buy from them again if I have a need for one of their products.

I have shopped Bellacor a few times and love their site. Their products are high quality and prices very reasonable. Although they state that the shipping will take at least two weeks, I have always received the products much earlier. When buying lamps and chandeliers they are always my first choice

I ordered 2 light sconces from Bellacor. I received one box with two boxes in it, one sconce in each box. I sent them back in the original boxes with in a week. They only credited me for on sconce. I have called them with all the shipping information. As of this time, they still have not credited me for the other $112.5 sconce. I wish I would have read up on them before I ordered from them. I don't know what my recourse is if they don't credit my account. I would not order from them again.

I ordered mirrors on two different occassions. When I ordered, the purchase orders stated I would receive my orders in 2 to 3 weeks. I received both orders within a week in perfect condition.
