Charged my credit card, omitted the most expensive item, failed to respond to repeated requests for information. Product was shipped promptly and received within a few days. Found out after receiving it that it would not fit the umbrella we had, so had to call and reorder new product. They were excellent in their customer service in finding me what I needed and getting it reshipped right away.
