Very fast and CHEAP delivery. They sent out an email with the tracking number. I had a 22lb tent delivered to me and it only cost 6.95!! Amazing.

Tremendous response. I ordered a backpack (Jansport Scout kids backpack) Wednesday afternoon and received immediate e-mail confirmation. Shipping confirmation was early (5 am) Thursday morning, and the box arrived on Tuesday. The UPS tracking number let me know where it was and when to expect it. The price was great ($60 off retail) -- even with shipping, much less than I could find elsewhere.

Campmor rocks. Their Hot deals section has the most wonderful deals. I can't tell you how many times I ordered only to place an additional order a few days later. I did most of my holiday shopping there in the HOT DEALS section and found something for almost everybody on my list. Thanks Campmor!

I just received another order from Campmor in a very timely manner. The prices, ease of internet ordering, and delivery have always been exceptional. I have ordered many times during the past five years, and I will continue to order from Campmor. Never once have I had to contact their customer service department, so I cannot comment on that aspect of their company. I will continue to order from Campmor again and again.

i recently purchase a fleece jacket from the Campmor online store. It arrived on time but it didn't fit me because i picked the wrong size. They had me send it back and order the correct size. Both the new jacket and my refund came really fast. I feel like they have excellent customer service. I will order from them again.

I placed my order on a saturday, got my stuff on tuesday. That's how shopping online should be, can't really get better. I also liked the direct link to the UPS tracking on CAMPMOR's 'track information' site.

I came across Campmor while browsing online for ski gear. They are now my favorite site for outdoor gear, far better than REI.com or general sporting goods stores, such as Sportmart.com.

They have great deals online that also appear in their famous black & white mail-order catalog. Unlike REI, they have REAL sales with BIG markdowns. I ended up buying about $200 of stuff, all of it from their "Hot Deals" and "Web Bargains" section. It's a great place to browse around when you don't know exactly what you're looking for because the bargains will catch your eye.

Delivery speed was excellent, I received my order in 3 days (with 2-day express shipping option). The order was completely accurate.

Campmor has a great mail-order catalog as well and a real bricks & mortar store, so they have the experience and the reputation to do a really good job online.

The one thing they could improve on is their site navigation. I noticed that some items are miscategorized and therefore sometimes aren't in the place you'd expect.
