I order a set of 4 wine glasses. One we opened the box and discovered that one of them was broken at the stem. My wife called customer service and wit no hassle or arguments shipped a replacement and we received it in less than a week.
That's what I call customer service.

Wine enthusiast was wonderful; I found the exact item two days after I received it for $10 cheaper and rather than doing a "price adjustment" or having to ship it back, they beat the $10 and sent me a $20 merchandise credit for their website, no questions asked. I call that superior service. I will definitely shup their again and recommend it to others.
