AddType text/x-server-parsed-html .shtml

The above will tell the httpd that all shtml pages are to be parsed (i.e.) allow SSI.

The Includesnoexec turns off the #exec ability in the SSI. This is a good thing to turn off unless you really, really know what you are doing. Otherwise you leave security holes that a truck could drive through.
