On XP, Home, 512M, Intel 1900, the program start and windows opening goes with a big delay, 10-20 sec.
In the system logbook there are thousands of error messages that
'application management service aborted with error:
could find the module', event ID 7023.
In services management system utility tried to start the application management service,
it failed, could not find the module.
