this is a service: banyon vines network client and it must have been installed at some point or another perhaps you upgraded from w95 to w98 recently. If your on a network check with the administrator if your just on one home pc you don't need this if your getting a message at startup about it you can delete a registry entry
in the windows registry under "H _Local_Machine system/current control/service/vxd/winesd If your not comfortable with this then if you have w98 pres stert/programs/accessories/system tools/system information. Under tools select system file checker it will prompt you to ignore or reinstall missing or currupt files.
