Windows ME setup wizard showing up

Yesterday I cleaned up my computer by deleting programs and files I thought I didn't need. bad idea!
Today when I started my computer the Windows setup wizard appeared and asked for the product key as if I were starting the computer for the first time. I don't think I have it anymore! What do I do?

I seem to have found the answer by myself. The key was on a sticker on the bottom of my computer. I feel foolish now.

You may want to keep in mind that WIN ME has a feature called "SYSTEM RESTORE". If you happen to mess up your system for any reason. You can restore you pc to a previous date on your computer.
This is how you do that...
Boot in to DOS using your boot disk. Once you are there at the C: prompt. Type in " SCANREG/RESTORE" with out the perenthasis. Press your enter key. It will bring up another screen with dates on it when your computer was running ok. Select a date to restore to. Your computer will then work the way it once did during that date.
