Computer won't shutdown only restart

When I push the power button on my computer or go to start-shutdown my computer just restarts. this problem just started a week ago when i got a new bios for my gigabyte ga-7vaxp and i have tried switching back to the old bios and it did the same thing. i have also tried another hard drive with a different copy of windows xp. does anybody know how to fix this?

i fixed it with a thorough air dusting

youll have to turn it off maually.
