When i use my iexplore, when opening another window i cant close it and when i check my cpu usage on iexplore.exe is at 99%, i cant close it any its very annoying, anyone know how to fix it?

Do you have Task Manager? Try it or another tool for memory or program control. Windows free download site has many to choose from.
