Outlook is shutting down my computer

I am using a Gateway desktop only 2 years old. Recently, I will connect to the internet with no problems. But then, when i open Outlook or Outlook Express, the screen goes black and the computer restarts. Every time. What could be causing this? My computer is not overwhelmed with data or files. There is plenty of space, and I do not have any crazy programs, other than Kazaa and AdAware.

Outlook is shutting down my computer - Part 2
Oh yeah, and I'm not sure this is clear - there is no error message. When I click on Outlook, it just clicks over to restart. No messages, nothing.
