win98se installation errors

cannot install win98se. on a formated hard drv.
it comes with an error suwin.exe at 0001:1729 or
geninstall inf file su99402 (0x192)
what is all this, why can't they give us message
that we all can understand.
p.s. I did have it installed earlier on the same
hard drv. and it worked fine for a while.
Thanks fellows realy need your help.

"Frequently that error during setup is caused by having the on-board anti-virus in your motherboards CMOS enabled. Disable the on-board AV. Another common reason is aborting the install early on, say because the book with the serial number was misplaced and had to be hunted down. In both cases you will want to type at the boot disk DOS prompt (Thats the choice without CDROM support):
a:>FDISK /mbr
and then format the drive, reboot and then install."

I'm new at this, so any info will be help.
The M/B I'running is a gigabyte ga-7vaxp.
I looked into the bios and I could't find
an onboard Anti-Virus or anything that relates,
maybe it is under a different name.
But I will try again and try the "FDISK/mbr.
I will let you know how it went.

Tried a:>FDISK /mbr
and format.
Not much help, still came with ERRORS
