Internet Phoning?

As my girlfriend has been deported to Sri Lanka (I live in Sweden), we are trying to find some means of communication without ruining our economy.
My question is mainly, is there some way of making free or very cheap calls from computer to phone? Any suggestions are welcome though!

I've had good luck with Dialpad.com, but they charge now. Or there is PhoneFree.com (never used them). Just use a headset for best results.
Both MSN and Yahoo messager has a Audio Visual included in their systems.
