KillWind Syntax

Can anybody help me out. A few months ago I started getting a KillWind Syntax message every time I started my computer. Now, granted nothing visible has happened, but I'm concerned that something might be going on that will affect performance in the long run.

This is the complete message that appears on my desktop after my computer starts up:

Killwind-c Classname-t Window Title
You can specifiy either the window title, the window class or both title and class. You must specify the full text of the window Class or the Title (use quotes if there are spaces in it!), but you needn't have the correct case.
-or-
KillWind-all
This is for use before LFNBK; This will kill every running process except the core system processes and Dos boxes and start.

HELP! it's freaking me out... Is this thing bad?
