pdf is generally a text and graphics for Adobe Reader...do your pdf's include text and if so you want the text and image converted to a single image file (jpeg) too?

open the .pdf file you wish to convert then press the "print screen" key on your keyboard. Then open "paint" or your favourite image editor, and click edit\paste. The .pdf file will be pasted as an image into paint. Trim the part you want and save as a .jpg.

Nice tip also. Instead of hitting just "Print Screen", hold ALT while hitting "Print Screen"; that will capture only the front window instead of your entire screen!
