Every time I boot up the computer I get this program has performed an illegal operation message for rundll32, I would appreciate it if someoe could help me, the details are:
RUNDLL32 caused an invalid page fault in
module NEWDOTNET3_23.DLL at 0167:1000ab5e.

My problem with the rundll32 is that all the icon in the control panel give this rundll32 error everytime I try to run one of this programs. The problem I beleived caused this is that I installed a philips CD-R/RW in my system and then run the software to check if it installed properly. Then I installed easy cd creator 5 basic which came with the philips hardware but the intallation didn't succeed but I was anyway able to create and burn a cd directly. The problem then started 2 days after the installation of the new hardware. Now I get this rundll32 error everytime I try to start programs that are dependant on rundll32. My system is:
PII dubble Processor
11G HD
65MB RAM
Windows 98/Windows 2000 PRO
Philips CD-R/RW
IBM CD 24 speed and the rundll32 error I get for each apps that I start is RUNDLL32 caused an invalid page fault in
module rundll32.exe at 0167:1000ab5e.

I even tried to delete all related files to the directcd from the registry but the problem still persist. Please note that I do not have this newdotnet installed on my system. infact I have very few programs installed in my system and almost most of the function without problem. Thanks for such a forum.

Hi,
When I boot my computer, I get the message Runonce
Rundll32 Error Invalid Page Fault and then some register numbers and stack numbers.

I have a similar problem on win xp. Everytime I boot up and go into windows I get RUNDLL32.EXE Entry point not found.
Apparently its got something to do with dynamic link library

I did have the same problem like the other's that have written about the rundll32 error on boot up that has stopped. Now it is doing it when I try to get in to my game controll icon.
It started when I uninstalled a interact steering wheel controller. The error reads as;

i am getting rundll error when i open Iexplorer
RUNDLL32 caused an invalid page fault in
module at 00:0063fe3a.
and..
RUNDLL32 caused an invalid page fault in
module KERNEL32.DLL at 0167:bff87ede.
I have looked everywheres and tried everything i could think of it wont stop it, everytime i open Internet Exploreror clickon a link.

Well if you were gotting same errors as i was empty all cookies and temp fimes for Iexplorer.
Defrag and reboot. Should take care of the problem.
As it did for me.

xp restarted and now just stops boot screen
Hope some one can help, i was copying a file from e-mail which was taking ages, i went away for a while and when i came back the computer had turned it self of and had reloaded stopping on the screen that tells you hard drive info and ram and stuff, just after mortherboard slogan (black screen with white writing, port info and stuff). The cursor is just a black - at the bottom of the page, like its trying to find the system but cant. I keep starting it up and getting to this same point. Its the screen that says non-system disk replace and strike any key if you leave a floppy in but obviously its not saying anything this time! Pleas help i have xp. be very greatful.

Everytime I turn on my computer, I get a message that says Rundll32 caused an invalid page fault in module Rundll32.EXE at 015f:0040lla3. Now I can't access anything in the Control Panel and I can't shut down my computer. It all started when I added a User.

I noticed that if you have IE 6.0 on a 98 machine where you upgraded. Alot of time it will cause the run32dll everytime you open your browser or switch pages. All I did was took IE back to previous install and it stopped. Dont know if this will help anyone but thought I would put it out there.

Hi, I having a Extremely Problem .. yesterday i download the AGV 6.0 to scan virus and worms stuff like that.. then i got it etc remove.. ANd i restart and boot again then that moment it got Plms and etc i can't use is aim and all thing like control panel or disk cleanup or stuff LIKE THAT! how can i solve it? I try etc! I did search and run it but how get it back? I so Worries! Any idea how to get it back? This is a Extremely Plms! Thanks
