Contacts deleted by accident

By accident all our contacts were deleted today is there anyway to recover them??

Are you running off a server in a business enviroment? If so, your contacts can be restored by your LAN admin from the mail server. I come across this problem at least 4-5 times a week in my profession. Contact your LAN guy and he/she will restore your contacts.
