mouse not working right

my mouse somehow moves by itself or it doesn't move at all and sometimes my key board doens't work. can someone help me

if you have a wheel mouse then reinstall the software if you have windows 98 and mcafee virus scan v6.0 then get the fix at their website for this problem. Or right click 'my computer' open device manager tab if there are any question marks open th+ box and highlight entry click remove and restart computer you will be prompted to insert a disc for whatever you've removed.
If this is chris with the kazza problems then well you've got some virus/worm/trojan.
click start/run and type sfc hit enter this will prompt you regarding deleted/currupted files.
If you want to remain relatively problem free download spybot search and destroy to clean out your spyware and uninstall guess what Kazaa.
EVERY problem you've got with your computer is because you have kazaa kazaa kazaa kazaa. Oh I cant say it enuf. Kazaa
