You are right of course it was XMLTOK but now I have found out where to put it and now I need XPRT.DLL, where do I find that file?

these files seem to have something to do with messenger programs yahoo or icq .uninstall these programs and run their setups again the dll's should find their way

I had the same problem during boot up with a Windows ME machine. XMLTOK.DLL not found, I installed YAHOO Instant messenger version 5.5 and the problem went away. So I guess its a .dll that is part of Yahoo IM.
