I have a Packard Bell M415.
Ram: 128mb
CPU: 166 Pentium MMX
HD: 3.2 GB
VC: S3 Inc. Trio64V2 (on the board)

I would like to upgrade the Processor and Graphics Card but I'm not sure whats compatible
with my system and cant find any references on the net for this old system.

Can anyone help?

I have the same machine, and have installed a PNY Verto PCI grahics card. Make sure you get the one that will work on a Pentium system. Most new boards will work on Pentium 2, 3, or 4 systems, but not with the original Pentium processor. As for a processor upgrade, go to www.evertech.com and check out their "Spectra 400" product. It's a 400Mhz processor. Go to
http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/Lakes/8774/ for a good site for these old PB units.
