this comes up when i boot up my pc

When I start up my pc i getg the following error message:
A REQUIRED .DLL FILE, NISEVT.DLL, WAS NOT FOUND
Anyone no why this and can sort it out.

this is a required dll for norton int security I suggest you reinstall norton software.
