i think you should log out with outlook after you use it and then let her log in with her password. not sure.
deletin msn messenger is easy. Go to control panel>add/remove programs, then click on add/remove windows component, wait a while and then uncheck msn messenger from the list. it should be in the end of the list

i found out how to do it. first go to the c:\windows\inf folder. the folder is hidden so either you go to view under folder options in the control panel or just type c:\windows\inf in the "address bar" after you open a folder. then in there find a file called sysoc.inf, open it, then look for the line msmsgs=msgrocm.dll,OcEntry,msmsgs.inf,hide,7 and delete the word hide from there and then uninstall it from the add/remove windows components

i just did what eggspee said, and it worked. when u go to open any file, go to "view" and then "toolbars" and choose address bar, if it isn't already shown. type in "c:\windows\inf" just like he said. then, in my pc the folder was actually called "sysoc". u go in there and there's all these weird words. u go to the line he said:(msmsgs=msgrocm.dll,OcEntry,msmsgs.inf,hide,7), delete just the word "hide" and then get out of there. it then asked me something "ru sure...etc" just click "yes" or "save the changes" or whatever. then go to control panels, remove windows components, click the check box for wim. i hope itz gone now. thank u eggspee, ur hella cool. y wuz this so hard? makes me feel dumb! microsoft iz jerkz, man.

You are talking about outlook .. or outlook express ?? Outlook is not designed for Home PC Use, it is a application to be used in business via a LAN or WAN. Outlook Express is a cut down version of Outlook and is designed for Home use.
can you tell us which one you are trying to configure, and if it is Outlook and not Outlook Express, what kind of LAN\Network you are using?
Many Thanks
