windows messaging won't work/office 200 problem

I have used windows messaging ok for some time but after installing office 2000 it has stopped the error message I get is 'the set of folders could not be opened. An unexpected error has occurred. MAPI was unable to load the information service pstprx.dll be sure the servive is correctly installed and configured'
I have tried the microsoft workaround for this and it does not work. HELP!

its the fax application that come firstly with ms95 o/s as Exchange and windows messaging with 98 o/s any help?
