have had an error i go online and get the error shdoc.dll something about dns
im at work at the moment and have had this problem before and i ran the uninstall for new.net and it worked fine but this isnt working anymore
i uninstalled the new.net folder and this has led to the problem, any way round it? i cant install kazza again cos it needs to download the files
please help

help i want my internet back
i have just read about trying dns settings but i have them as default (blank) and some suggested untick the proxy settings is this right?
any other ideas?

run Ad Aware. It helped me. But you have to be quick to adjust settings to prevent return of proxy with a death grip on your modem. You can DL AdAware, Spybot Search & Destroy, or other anti-memory resident programs for free from anywhere.
