We have recently gone onto Telewest Broadband and generally use msn hotmail.com for e-mails. However I tried using Outlook Express again and now find it needs reconfiguring because it is unable to establish a Dial-Up Network Connection. The port is already in use. Error 633. How do we do it?

A CCI associate in my downline uses MS Outlook for her email. From what she tells me she has too, too many emails. I have suggested that she try to make folders. She told me she has tried, but does not know how and has "made a mess" of her email. I have tried to help her by tlephone and am unable. From what she describes to me, her Outlook is different than my exposure to it through my workplace.Where can she go to get step by step directions on how to create folders in her MS Outlook email? 1. I can't get into Outlook Express from this computer even though it comes up on the screen and allows me to type in new messages, the messages are never sent. Instead, I get a message that the server can not be located.
2. Assuming that I can access Outlook Express, how do I import my Address Book from my old computer to this one?

When I open OutLook Express, it says receiving mail. My computer makes constant noise, like it is busy doing something. Everything freezes. I can't delete, go from messagto message. What is wrong and how can I fix it?
