Veton: You are a long way from clean at this time, here is what am going to recommend.
Lets get you some spyware tools right off the bat.
SpyBot Search & Destroy
Spybot Tutorial
Ad-Aware SE - Personal
Ad-Aware tutorial
These tools are the two best apps for fighting spyware at this time, they also run right beside each other without conflict.
With adaware download it, open it, shut it down, reopen it, make sure to update and let it fix whatever it finds. Spybot just make sure its updated. I have provided tutorials for your reading so that the apps can be set up to there best potential.
Also at this time i see you have no full time anti virus running, so with that i need a couple of on-line scans. With this you should turn off restore for the scans.
Disable System Restore in XP
Here are the scan sites.
HouseCall Online scan
RAV Online scan
(Click "Continue without subscribing" ,middle of page.)
I believe that rav has a auto delete feature at there site just click it when you get there. After the scans are complete you can turn restore back on.
Now lets about getting you a free full time anti virus.
AVG Free Edition
Just download this and make sure it runs full time. After all the scans are done and you have the new av please post a fresh log.

Hi back John, I did everything as you suggested I should do, with the spybot s&d and ad-aware. I also did the scans no viruses were found though I had McAfee before and it didn't detect a virus either. But there were loadz of malwares fixed with spybot s&d and especially with ad-aware. Here is a new log, please tell me if I should do anything else to clean my PC. Thanks

Hi Veton:
Warez.exe is a legitimate file sharing application.
Their choice of name is unfortunate, as warez is not legitimate.
We do not assist with warez of any sort.
I''l look at your log a little later

Hi again, should I remove Warez P2P, so you guys can give me a hand on this. I have had a lot of problems with the PC, sometimes it shuts down itself and the mouse sometimes does not move (the cable is well plugged in). I will put a HJT log now, and if I have to remove Warez before you guys can help me please let me know.
Thanks

Welcome Veton,
As I said it's unfortunately named.
It's like sending an e-mail with viagra in the subject.
Can't be surprised if it gets kicked.
It's a file sharing application like Kazzaa.
( without the spyware I hope)
File sharing has it's own risks.
I'm looking at your log now.

Hi veton, hello snow:
Veton I still see that you are running without a antivirus, is there a reason for that?
This is more for snows info:
I don't know if you overlooked it or are just waiting, this fellow is running SP1, just posted because it caught my eye.
Veton you are in great hands with snowman. Good luck with the fix.
