NEED A FREE WAY TO GET RID OF W97M/Class.Q VIRUS

i have the virus W97M/Class.Q and i was wondering if anyone knew how to get rid of it preferably for free but any advice would help.
i also had the yaha.K virus that was going around but i think i got rid of it with symantec. the virus got rid of my norton anti-virus program but now it is back but i think it needs to be updated.
please help!!
