powerdvd remote control

hi,
i am currently runnning powerdvd. i am looking to access some easter eggs, but when i get to the screen where i need to punch in numbers on the remote, the only keys available on the skin extention are the arrow keys. can anyone tell me how i can choose to have both the arrow keys and the number keys displayed at the same time, or choose which ones i want.
it is easy to access these type of easter eggs with a dvd attached to the tv, as you have a normal remote, but with powerdvd, the buttons appear to change as you pass through different regions on the dvd.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

Contact the manufacturer of your power dvd or scan their website, which might contain the answer to your question. If you do not have a toll-free number to call them (and maybe they would charge for tech support anyway), see if there is a link on their website where you can submit your question.
