In my Windows 98se computer I am having the following problem:
cursor "flickers" between arrow and hour glass rapidly - often [maybe always] when an internet connection is occurring... computer hangs, under the Control-Alt-Delete "Close Program" window, the message msgsrv32(not responding) shows up.
When I "end task" the problem clears.
How do I control this control program?
Any help and time is most apprectiated.

p.s. - comp is 2.4gig 80 gig drive 512 ram memory and motherboard have been checked.
