I dont want to pry sarge but what operating system do you have, what anti virus anti spyware do you have and by thew way what game are we not talking about here. Where did you get the game??

appreciate the help! The game is Emperor (rise of the middle kingdom) it was made by sierra and I believe I got it from an electronics boutique bout maybe 1 year or so ago.
Anti-SpyWare: NoAdware, & trojan guarder,
Anti-Virus: Nortons
Browser: IE
Firewall: Norton's IS 2003
OS: Win XP
