Please, i need help

09/11/04 		Whenever i want to turn off/restart the computer, I have to click on restart/turn off twice.

I press turn off, doesnt work, then after 5 seconds I have to press turn off again. Then ir finaly works.

Browser: IE
OS: WinXP
