I've read through all the various posts I could find and there doesn't seem to be any sort of straightforward or methodical way to get rid of this virus/spyware/evil thing. I'm at a loss of what to do.

I've tried CWShredder, spyware, can't get adware6 because the affected computer can't get to the internet and the file is too big to sneakernet. (I can't ping my modem/linksys). I was able to run HijackThis. I'm hoping someone out there can review what HijackThis logged and can give me some help. Thank you in advance.
